| The law of the Planets was in effect. The first man to reach
a new planet, provided he filed a claim, could take possession.
With such spoils at stake the competition could be fierce,
and many men had been lost in the process. Ricky Rocket
was the most successful and wealthy planet finder in the
Federation. He has a girl in every spaceport and on many
worlds which haven't even developed space travel. While
